Lists of the type "Ordinary noncommercial lists" opening rules

This type may be given only to the best lists - interesting for the
subscribers (in administration's of Mailing List Service Felist.Com
book) and grammatically correct.
The lists of this type should have independent information value. It
should be interesting to the reader even in the case, if he has no
opportunity to visit a site of the list. It can not consist only from
announcements of materials or events on site - for this purposes it
is possible to open the list of type "News of sites".
I. General theses
0. There is no rule without an exception, which we, probably, shall
make at your request. Ask, offer.
1. The Felist.Com Mailing List Service is absolutely free-of-charge
for you and subscribers of your lists, that is why:
1) We reserve to ourselves the right to change these rules at any moment.
The changes inure from the moment of their publication.
2) The administration of Mailing List Service reserves to itself the
right to refuse service of the list to list master at any moment. And
at the same time we hope that there will be no need to take advantage
of the given right.
3) We reserve to ourselves the right to refuse transfer of the list
to this type without an explanation of the reason.
4) We reserve to ourselves the right to transfer the list from this
type to type "List for everyone".
2. The administration of Mailing List Service is not responsible for
possible damage, caused by failures in work of service and does not
guarantee permanent rendering of service.
3. Opening of the lists of this type is announced on the main page
of Felist.Com and in the list "News of Felist.Com project".
II. The contents of the list
1. The subject matter of the messages, published in the list should
correspond to declared subject of the list specified in the Description
of the list. The change without approval of administration of Service
is forbidden.
2. It is forbidden:
1) To publish unlawful materials.
2) To publish materials of pornographic character, crack/hack
materials and link to sites containing similar information.
3) To break the copyrights to the distributed information.
4) To place in the list materials of advertising character
without approval of administration of Mailing List Service
Felist.Com.
5) To use the list for commercial activity.
6) To break rules of banner and counter nets.
III. Periodicity and volume of the messages
1. The periodicity of an publication of issues should correspond to
periodicity declared by list master. Then changing the periodicity
or in the case of temporary suspension of publishing list master
is obliged to modify List description and
to inform administration of Service.
2. The maximal frequency of an publishing of the list is one time
per day, if other is not stipulated.
3. Maximal volume of the letter - 60 kB.
IV. Form for fast subscription to the list
1. On the main page of the site of list master (if, certainly, it
exists and relates to the list) either form for fast subscription
to the list (see. http://Felist.Com/author/quick/) or
the link to separate page containing the form for subscription, or
the link to page of the list in List Catalogue at Felist.Com should
be placed.
2. In case then the list is sent not only by Felist.Com but also by
other way (through other mailing list services or independent), the
form for subscription to the list sent through Felist.Com should
be on more favorable place in comparison with other's.
V. Closing of the list
1. We reserve to ourselves the right to close existing list:
1) In case of non-observance of the given rules
2) In case if there is no issues of the list more than 2 months
and has the status "active".
3) In case if there is no issues of the list more than 6 months.
2. If list master wants to stop sending the list through Felist.Com,
he is obliged to let the administration of Mailing List Service know
about it beforehand.
VI. Advertising in issues of the list
1. The advertising area in issues belongs to Felist.Com
2. All advertising is placed to the issues only through
Advertising Service of Felist.Com.
3. Felist.Com can place up to two advertising textual blocks - one
before the basic part of issue and / or - one after it.
4. List master can place advertising (the forms for subscription or
links to their pages in List Catalogue) of other lists sent by Felist.Com
Mailing List Service in the issue of his list. List masters are free
to arrange about any ways of payment for such advertising. Advertising
of the lists sent not through Felist.Com service is forbidden.
VII. Banners in the list
1. Felist.Com has the right to place in issue one banner no more
than 470x60. By default this banner is placed in the bottom of the issue.
2. If the list is sent only through Felist.Com, list master has the
right to place banner (no more than 470x60) of a banner exchange system
or advertising network, if it does not contradict their rules. Then
banner of list master is placed in the bottom of the letter, while banner
of Felist.Com is placed on the top of the letter. Banner of the list
master should be entered to the issues through editing
List Description.
If banner's code contains javascript, list master should cut it on
lines no more than 76 symbols long and to make sure that the code is
still runnable.
3. Instead of one banner 470x60 list master can place two banners
of the size 125x125, 100x100 or 120x60 of a banner exchange system
or advertising network, if it does not contradict their rules.
5. Placing in the lists banners of other size and types isn't allowed.
